How do I setup an account?
Setting up an account is very easy. On the home page, click on My account. You will be brought to a screen
that will let you register as a new customer or logon as a returning customer. Click on “Continue” under
I am a new customer. You will fill out some demographic information, including your billing and shipping
address. You will also create your password during this process. That/s really it. Your account can now be
accessed using your e-mail address as your logon and your established password. Once you are logged in you have
the ability to view and change your account information, change your account password, view current and past orders,
and more. To perform any of these functions simply click on “My account”, and logon.

Forgot your password ?
Too many passwords ? We agree, but unfortunately they are a necessary evil. It is however very easy
to get your password reset. On the “My account” screen, click on "Password forgotten ? Click here" .
You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address. Your password should be e-mailed to you within minutes
of the request. If you still have problems accessing your account, please call us at 1-800-844-6211 or

What are my payment options?
The Longboard House offers a variety of payment options. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express,
and Discover Cards.
You will be required to select a payment option at the time of your purchase. Whatever method you choose,
you will be required to enter your billing address in the necessary fields. The information must be supplied
exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Note: We can only ship to international customers when their shipping and billing information match exactly.
If your country does not provide address verification we will not be able to process your order.
Why are Surfboard Prices not posted on the web?
The Longboard House prices are always competitive and usually less than anyone else/s for comparable
equipment. We do not list prices on the web because they vary with the size of the board, shipping,
color, airbrush, specified shaper, finish, fin setup and many other factors. Please call (1-800-844-6211)

Surfboard Inventory
Please note we do our best to maintain our surfboard inventory on the web. However due to our vast inventory
we do not post all of our boards on the site. Also because boards are being purchased daily there is a chance
that the board you are interested in was removed from inventory but it is not reflected on the site. In this
instance, there is a possibility that there is a similar model in stock, or we can always order the same model

Assorted Colors on Apparel?
Because we have so many different sizes and colors in a specific style, there is a slight chance that
the color/size combo you are looking for is out of stock. In this instance, please specify in the “Comments” section
of your order your three favorite colors when checking out. We will make every attempt to provide you with your top
