How do I setup an account? Setting up an account is very easy. On the home page, click on My account. You will be brought to a screen that will let you create an account or logon as a returning customer. You will fill out some demographic information, including your billing and shipping address. You will also create your password during this process. That's it. Your account can now be accessed using your e-mail address as your logon and your established password. Once you are logged in you have the ability to view and change your account information, change your account password, view current and past orders, and more. To perform any of these functions simply click on “My account”, and logon. If you have problems setting up your account, please call us at 1.800.844.6211 or e-mail customerservice@longboardhouse.com. Forgot your password? Too many passwords ? We agree, but unfortunately they are a necessary evil. It is however very easy to get your password reset. On the “My account” screen, click on "Reset My Password". Your password reset link should be e-mailed to you within minutes of the request. If you still have problems accessing your account, please call us at 1.800.844.6211 or e-mail customerservice@longboardhouse.com. What are my payment options? The Longboard House offers a variety of payment options. We offer payments through Paypal. You can pay directly from your own paypal account. We also gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards. You will be required to select a payment option at the time of your purchase. Whatever method you choose, you will be required to enter your billing address in the necessary fields. The information must be supplied exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Note: We can only ship to international customers when their shipping and billing information match exactly. If your country does not provide address verification we will not be able to process your order. Due to increasing amounts of fraud via the internet, we require a copy of your national identification card and matching credit card, that must match the name on the credit card. Surfboard Pricing ? Longboard House prices are always competitive and usually less than anyone elses for comparable equipment. Make us your last call. We will beat any other shop's prices.(apples to apples). Surfboard prices  vary with the size of the board, shipping, color, airbrush, specified shaper, finish, fin setup and many other factors. However due to our vast inventory we do not post all of our boards on the site. Also because boards are being purchased daily there is a chance that the board you are interested in was removed from inventory but it is not reflected on the site. In this instance, there is a possibility that there is a similar model in stock, or we can always order the same model to your specifications. Upon ordering your 4th t-shirt, you will notice a discount pop up in your shopping cart. This discount will be equal to or greater than the value of your least expensive shirt. This offer is not eligible for the "Free shipping over $ 75." If you decide to purchase something in addition to the 4 shirts, and your total invoice is over $75, then you would then be eligible for Free Shipping.
