Donald Takayama, Hawaiian native has shaped surfboards for almost 60 years. He started his shaping career in Dale Velzy's factory at the young age of 13. Over the last 6 decades Donald has mentored the likes of David Nuuhiwa, Joel Tudor, Kassia Meador, and Stephen Slater.
His success in the competitive scene (5 US Championships) has translated to his success as a surfboard shaper. His quiver range is deep and fine tuned with feed back from his team riders. His boards are available in hand shaped polyester, as well as epoxy tuflite technology by Surftech. Custom shaping is our specialty !

Due to oversized packaging, surfboards are shipped using various freight options. When ordering a surfboard your shipping charge will be added after the order is submitted. You will receive shipping quotes via e-mail for door to door as well as airport delivery usually within 1 business day. The shipping fee will then be added only upon your approval.
